Job Description:

We are looking for recent graduates & skilled recruiters for in-house recruitment needs, who has good experience in both IT technical & Non-technical recruitment sectors & excellent interpersonal skills.

About You:

For Recent graduates (Recent graduates can apply & training will be provided)

• Basic understanding or experience with recruitment, Talent acquisition & HR practices.
• Fluent in English, both in speech and in writing is required. You will require to interact with candidates & team members from all around the world.
• Avid internet user with strong computer skills like Microsoft office tools(MS Teams, Excel, etc), Google Gmail Drive & its various tools(Google sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms), and other tools required for day-to-day operations & activities.
• A self- motivated learner who can adapt quickly to change.

For Experienced Candidates

• Good experience with IT requirement & experienced in all the activities of the recruitment cycle.
• Good experience with using requirement platforms like Naukri.Com, MonsterIndia.com, Indeed.com, social media hiring using platforms like LinkedIn, Freelancer Hiring, etc.
• You will need to have good interpersonal skills for this role. Must be strong in HR Coordination (includes coordination with candidates, with own team members, and head HR).
• Experienced in C2H (Contract to hire)
• Fluent in English, both in speech and in writing is required. You will require to interact with candidates & team members from all around the world.
• Avid internet user with strong computer skills like Microsoft office tools(MS Teams, Excel, etc), Google Gmail Drive & its various tools(Google sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms), and other tools required for day-to-day operations & activities.
• Experience with creating a job description for any role with help of the technical or non-technical team members.
• Strong negotiation skills and client/candidate handling skills.
• A self- motivated learner who can adapt quickly to change.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidate is required to own a personal laptop/PC as this job is remote based. You will need to have a high-speed Internet facility of your own for this role.
• Candidate must be comfortable working remotely. Must have proper facility to work efficiently from home or resident place.
